so I Rite of Replication a Magister of Worth and then for the last voting trigger condemnation was chosen and since it say's " if condemnation gets more votes or the vote is tied, destroy all creatures other than Magister of Worth." is that referring to all creatures named magister of worth or just the one whose trigger happened

In general, when a card refers to it's own name without specifically saying "all creatures named ...", it's referring only to itself. All creatures other than that specific creature will be destroyed in this case.

To affirm the above post, whenever a card states its name, like Magister of Worth, it's literally saying "this specific card right here".

Note that Detention Sphere says "...non-land permanent not named Detention Sphere." In this case, that would encompass every permanent in play called Detention Sphere, not just that one card specifically.

So to confirm what will actually happen in this scenario, if you cast Rite of Replication without Kicker, only the tokens Will Of The Council will trigger, and if Condemnation wins, only the token will not be destroyed.

If you kick Rite of Replication, creating 5 tokens, all their abilities trigger. If even two of them have Condemnation win, all creatures including the 5 tokens are destroyed. This is because abilities exist on the stack independent of their source, so when the first Condemnation destroys everything except the Magister token that caused it, the next Condemnation will then destroy that Magister token.
