If imprisoned in the moon is destroyed, can the creature attack that turn?

If Imprisoned in the Moon is enchanting a creature I control, and I destroy it on my turn, can I attack with that creature on the same turn?

Yes, as long as you have controlled that creature continuously since the beginning of your turn. Unlike cards that temporarily exile things, like Oblivion Ring, Imprisoned in the Moon doesn't cause the creature it's enchanting to change zones. Once the enchantment is gone, your creature will stop being a land and go back to being a creature again, without summoning sickness unless it only just entered the battlefield this turn.

Provided that you controlled that creature/land since the start of your turn, yes, you can attack with the un- Imprisoned creature.

"Summoning sickness" applies to creatures that you haven't controlled since the start of your turn. Even though your Imprisoned creature was a land to the start of your turn, you still controlled it, so it won't have summoning sickness if it become un-Imprisoned.

Hope this helps!!
