if i Clever Impersonator an Ornithopter with Ensoul Artifact is my impersonator a 5/5 flyer?

I was wondering about the interaction between the three cards listed in the question. Since ensoul changes base power directly I think that it does make a second 5/5 flyer.

No, just a regular Ornithopter. A copy effect only copies 3 things: Anything actually written on the original, the results of any other copy effects the original has going on, and the results of the original's face up/down status. The effect from Ensoul Artifact isn't any of these things, so it isn't copied. The "base power and toughness" part of Ensoul Artifact's rules text is to remind you of how it interacts with +/- effects.

No. Ensoul Artifact may change the base P/T, but it doesn't actually change the text on the enchanted creature. Copy effects copy only the written text and values of the original objects along with any text changing effects and additional copy effects.
You'll end up with a regular 0/2 Ornithopter.
