Oh Humility. I have humility and a Daxos the Returned spirit token in play with 5 experience tokens. What is the spirits power and toughness?

Pretty sure I have this right, after digging into Humility's ruling.

Characteristic-defining abilities are applied first, then P/T setting abilities override them. The Spirit token has a characteristic-defining ability, so its ability is applied first, making it a 5/5. This is then overridden by Humility's P/T setting ability. Your Spirit token will be a 1/1 enchantment creature with no abilities. (Humility does not remove card types.)
