You can use double square brackets around a card's name to create a pop-up. It's the easiest way to make sure everyone understands what's going on with your question. Fist of Suns, Ramos, Dragon Engine
They don't have any special interaction. The colors of a spell just depend on the mana symbols printed in its cost, plus any other effects that specifically change its colors (Purelace, the Devoid ability, etc.). The mana you spend to cast the spell doesn't matter. A Llanowar Elves cast with through Fist of Suns will still only be Green, and Ramos will only get one +1/+1 counter.
