How does this interaction work with Starfield of Nyx and Tainted AEther?

So let's say my opponent has Tainted AEther on the battlefield, and I have Starfield of Nyx on the battlefield with over five enchantments. If I cast another enchantment, will it enter as a creature, and therefore I have to sacrifice a creature or land? Or does it enter as an enchantment, and after it enters Starfield of Nyx turns it into a creature (if that is how that works).
If you control 4 enchentments, the fifth will enter as a creature and will trigger Tainted AEther. This is true whether you cast it as a spell or return it to the battlefield from the graveyard using Starfield of Nyx's ability.

It enter's as a creature, and you must sacrifice a creature or land.
