How does Primeval Bounty work with the new enchantment/creatures?

The way the card reads it is almost seems the if multiple conditions are met multiple effects occur. For example, PB is on the board and you cast Nylea, God of the Hunt . At the time of the casting, she is still both a creature and an enchantment, correct? So you would get a 3/3 beast token and three +1/+1 counters.
Also, a simpler circumstance of say Leafcrown Dryad .

Noncreature means "is not a creature". You cannot have a spell that is both a creature and not a creature at the same time, just like you cannot be both wearing a hat and nor wearing a hat at the same time. Only one condition will trigger. Nylea is a creature, so it will only trigger the 3/3 beast token part. Leafcrown Dryad, (when not cast for its bestow cost) is a creature, so it will only trigger the 3/3 beast token part. You cannot get both effects.
