How Does Nath Interact with Death Cloud?

If a player controls Nath of the Gilt-Leaf and casts Death Cloud, their opponents shall discard cards, which shall cause Nath to generate tokens. Can that player sacrifice the tokens that Nath generates to the death cloud's effect?

No. When a spell or ability begins to resolve, it resolves completely before anything else happens. Abilities that trigger during the resolution process won't be put onto the stack until after the resolution is complete.
