Hexproof against cards

I have Witchbane Orb on the battlefield already. Let's say my opponent has either Phyrexian Obliterator , or Hellkite Tyrant on the battlefield. Do there triggered abilities still trigger if i have hexproof already?

Magic is very literal in its wording. If the word “target” is not explicitly used in the text of the spell or ability (with exception of aura spells), then that spell or ability does not target and will not be stopped by hexproof or shroud.

Yes.
Hexproof and Shroud only prevents (in this case you) from becoming the target of a spell or ability.
To put it another way. If the word "target" isn't involved, Hexproof & Shroud doesn't interact with it at all..
