Greater Auramancy's effect 'range'

I'm trying to make sure I understand Greater Auramancy 's effect. When it says "All enchanted creatures" does this mean it only effects creatures that are already enchanted by another enchantment card(s)?

Yes, that is correct. For example, an Auramancer enchanted with Lifelink will have shroud; Eidolon of Blossoms will also have shroud, because even though it is not enchanted, it is an enchantment itself.
