Goblin piledriver/Rabblemaster + Subterranean Scout

Example: I got three goblin on the battlefield. Its a 1/1 goblin token , a Goblin Piledriver and a Goblin Rabblemaster. If I play two Subterranean Scout and target the rabblemaster and piledriver. Can they then after attack and NOT be blocked? And have the massive attack boosts because of their abilities?

Yes.
Subterranean Scout's ability targets a creature with power 2 or less. When the ability resolves, that creature can't be blocked for the rest of the turn. The creature's power only matters when targets are declared and when the ability resolves; the ability doesn't check the power throughout the rest of the turn. The creature will remain unblockable even if its power rises above 2.
