Gisela Equipped with the Reaver Cleaver

If a player attacks with Gisela, Blade of Goldnight equipped with The Reaver Cleaver, how many treasure tokens will she create when she deals damage? Will she create six or twelve tokens?

Twelve tokens. Gisela's ability changes the result of what happens if a source is about to deal damage, and the size of Cleaver's effect is based on the amount of damage actually dealt. In this example Gisela deals 12 damage, so that's what the Cleaver uses to determine the number of tokens to create.
