Giada, Font of Hope and Myriad

Can someone please explain how Giada, Font of Hope works with myriad cards such as Battle Angels of Tyr? Let's say I have both on board and attack an opponent with Battle Angels of Tyr, which creates two copies of Battle Angels of Tyr, each attacking one of my two other opponents. The two new copies should each get +1/+1 counters from Giada, but how many? Do they each get two counters from the two angels that existed prior to the attack (Giada and the original Battle Angels of Tyr)? Or do they each get three counters because each sees and counts the other copy? Or do they stack so that one copy gets two +1/+1 counters and the second copy gets three?

Giada, Font of Hope has a replacement effect that modifies how the angels enter the battlefield. The tokens from myriad all enter at the same time. None of the other angels from myriad are on the battlefield as they are entering, therefore only Gialda and the original Battle Angels of Tyr will be on the battlefield as the replacement effect take effect and only two counters will be put on the tokens.
