Flameshadow Conjuring And flip cards.

OK so the most basic question I have if you have Flameshadow Conjuring out and then cast one of the flip planeswalkers and decide to make the copy (you sacrifice one of them of your choice I get that) but if you in some way flip the one that you made off flameshadow does it actually flip or when it exiles from the effect of the flip does it stay exiled and not return as the flipped planeswalker.

I'll setup an example that I thought about in case that didn't make sense:

You have Flameshadow Conjuring out and you cast Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip and you sacrifice the original Liliana triggering the flip ability of the token Liliana does the token version of flip and become Liliana, Defiant Necromancer  Flip or because its a token does it just stay exiled and not flip because it no longer exists after it leaves the battlefield.

First, the legend rule doesn't cause sacrifice. When you control multiple legendary permanents with the same English name, you choose one of them and put the rest into their owner's graveyard as a state-based action. This isn't sacrifice.

Regarding whether the tokens can flip: they can't. When a copy effect copies a permanent represented by a double-faced card (DFC), it copies only the characteristics of whichever face is currently up. Additionally, only permanents represented by DFCs can transform. If you copy Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip, the token won't be able to transform because it isn't a DFC and it doesn't have a second face.

Even if tokens of DFCs could transform, it wouldn't matter in this case because the Origins walkers need to be exiled and return to the battlefield transformed. When a token leaves the battlefield, it remains in its new zone until state-based actions are checked, at which point it ceases to exist. Tokens can't make a second zone change, even if that second zone change would move them back to the battlefield.
