if i have 2 dungeon-geists-in-the-battlefield-and-had-their-abillity-to-tap-enemy-creature-a-and-b,-then-i-flick-one-of-the-[[dungeon-geists and choose creature C, then on the enemy next turn, are creature A,B,C cant be untapped?
(as in the description says that as long as you control Dungeon Geists. (i know if i only had 1 Dungeon Geists on the battlefield and flick it and choose new target, the old target are free from Dungeon Geists ability (as what i mean flick is exile and return)

No. On Dungeon Geists , it refers to itself when it says "As long as you control Dungeon Geists ". This means that EXACT permanent. When you Flicker it, and it comes back, It is a new Dungeon Geists so the original bond no longer exists so creature B will untap normally again and creatures A and C will be bound to the two Dungeon Geists

Dungeon Geists . Whenever a creature has it's own name in the rules text, it means "This card", not "Any card that shares a name with it". So, if you Cloudshift (or other means of flickering) one of your Geists, the creature that was locked down is no longer locked down. You then choose the new (or same) creature to lock down with the flicked Geists.

When a card uses its own name in the text of an ability it means "this guy, right here", not any card with that name. Flicking a Dungeon Geists ends the "for as long as you control" duration of that particular Geist's effect, and whatever it was holding down will be freed up if you don't choose it again when the Geists re-enter the battlefield.
