whenever i would draw a card i can dredge a card in my graveyard, right?and if i would draw 2 cards, can i use 2 dredge effects or 1 dredge and 1 card draw?and how is the stack?if i decide to dredge only 1, can i first draw and the second dredge or the other way round?and can i decide to dredge after i draw the first card?for example i use a spell that let me draw 2 cards, can i draw my first card and then dredge the second?thx for answers :)

Dredge is a replacement effect that can be used to replaced card draws. It replaces them as they happen, and doesn't "use the stack" in terms of what people usually mean when they say that. Any time you would draw a card, you can instead replace it with a dredge. If an effect is making you draw multiple cards then you can replace all, some, or none of them with dredges, in whatever order and combination you want.
For example, let's say you play Harmonize . You decide to replace the first draw by dredging Stinkweed Imp . One of the cards you flip into the graveyard is a Golgari Grave-Troll , so you decide to replace the second draw by dredging that. For the third draw, there are some cards in your graveyard with dredge, but you don't feel like getting them right now, so you just draw the card.
