Double, Triple, or Quadruple damage?

Dictate of the Twin Gods + Gratuitous Violence . How much damage would Mogis, God of Slaughter be dealing per swing?

Mogis would deal 28 damage. This is because Mogis, God of Slaughter has 7 power. Gratuitous Violence doubles it to 14, then Dictate of the Twin Gods doubles that to 28. Or in the other order. At the end of the day, Mogis will deal 28 damage.

And 8 damage per trigger I'm assuming?

Just make sure that for the trigger, Mogis, God of Slaughter has enough devotion to be a creature as Gratuitous Violence only affects creatures. If Mogis, God of Slaughter is just an enchantment, you don't get the the bonus.
