Does Undying evil continue to give a returned creature undying?

Let's say that I cast Undying Evil targeting a Spike Feeder, I then remove all of Spike Feeders +1/+1 counters to kill him. When the Spike Feeder returns to play with a +1/+1 counter on it (from the undying effect), does it still have undying? Is the Spike Feeder considered the same creature that had been given undying from Undying Evil previously?

Ok, people online were saying it was an infinite life combo and I was somewhat suspicious.

It is with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed because it gives the returning incarnation of Spike Feeder undying as well.

No. Whenever any object changes zones, it becomes a new object, and it isn't related to any of its previous iterations in any zone. Spike Feeder will enter the battlefield exactly as it normally would.
