Does the replacement effect apply to Keranos, God of Storms?

I have two keranos and a mirror gallery on the battlefield.

I'm not really sure what you're asking. If you mean to ask whether Mirror Gallery allows you to have two Keranos, God of Storms on the battlefield, then the answer is yes. Keranos, God of Storms is a legendary permanent.

I think he means to ask what would happen in regards to Keranos's ability if there are two of them, and I'm honestly not sure what would happen.

It looks to me like Keranos has a linked ability, and so when it says "Whenever you reveal X this way..." it is referring only to the event that Keranos is creating, so they do not react off of each other.

I believe what happens is both "Reveal the first card you draw..." effects go to replace the first draw event, one replaces that event and now there is no "first draw" event for the other to modify and it does nothing.

Or, it is still your first draw, it was just revealed with one ability, and so you then reveal it again and that Keranos's ability is then processed.

Keranos' ability isn't a replacement effect, because it isn't written with any of the terminology that designates a replacement effect - as, with, instead, skip, prevent, etc. It's just a static ability that tells you to do something and sets up a triggered ability related to it. Keranos doesn't have any linked abilities either. The final block of text is a single ability.

Two Keranos shouldn't interfere with one another, and both should trigger when the first card you draw is revealed.

That makes the most sense. Let's go with that.

I think that when you draw it you would reveal it twice though, So if you reveal an Island you would draw 2 cards, if it was say a Sigiled Starfish then you would deal 3 Damage to something, then deal another 3 Damage to something.

Yes, that's what I said in my earlier response.
