Does Thalia's ability increase non-mana flashback costs like on Cabal Therapy

What I'm asking is if the cost increasing ability that Thalia, Guardian of Thraben has, increases the cost to activate the flashback on cards like Cabal Therapy and Dread Return.

Yes, think of those cards as cards that cost 0 mana to play and as an additional cost sacrifice x creatures

Cost increasers will increase the cost of casting a spell by the stated amount, regardless of whether or not a mana payment is part of the normal cost of casting the spell.
