Does Reflecting Pool create any colour if the other land in play is an Exotic Orchard?

I'm aware that Reflecting Pool can create mana of any type a land I control can produce, however it ignores the cost of those other lands e.g. allowing it to produce any colour if I have a Vivid, even if there are no charges.
In the case of Exotic Orchard, as it could potentially create any colour, does that allow the Pool to tap for any colour, or is it limited by what my opponents have available to them?
No, , it can only produce what your opponents lands could tap for, ignoring any costs (so ignoring things like removing counters from vivid lands). from the gatherer:
Lands that produce mana based only on what other lands could produce wont help each other unless some other land allows one of them to actually produce some type of mana. For example, if you control an Exotic Orchard and your opponent controls an Exotic Orchard and a Reflecting Pool, none of those lands would produce mana if their mana abilities were activated. On the other hand, if you control a Forest and an Exotic Orchard, and your opponent controls an Exotic Orchard and a Reflecting Pool, then each of those lands can be tapped to produce Green. Your opponents Exotic Orchard can produce Green because you control a Forest. Your Exotic Orchard and your opponents Reflecting Pool can each produce Green because your opponents Exotic Orchard can produce Green.

no, it is limited by what opponents have. the key word is "potentially." Reflecting Pool doesn't care about what a land can potentially produce, it cares about what a land CAN ACTUALLY produce given the board state. Exotic Orchard can't produce every color of mana on its own, no matter how many degrees you tap it. it is dependent on opponents' lands.
The reason it still works with Vivid Grove, for instance, is because the grove CAN make any color mana as long as the activation cost is fulfilled (which it can't be if there are no charge counters left).
