Does Rancor go to hand or exile when Mazzy, Truesword Paladin is on my side of the board?

With Mazzy, Truesword Paladin on the board, can i choose to exile Rancor and Spreading Algae?

You will control both triggers and they trigger off of the same event, so you get to decide the order they go on the stack, and therefore resolve.
