Does Quartzwood Crasher give me one token or one per player?

If I attacked with something like Caller of the Pack with Quartzwood Crasher in play and dealt 8, 5 and 1 damage to 3 different players, would that give me a 14/14 or an 8/8, 5/5 and a 1/1?

Quartzwood Crasher specifies the damage done to that player. So in your example, you'd make 3 tokens. For each player, figure how much combat damage with trample was dealt to them, and then make a token as big as the total trample damage per player.

Be aware that it counts every instant of combat damage, a double striking Quartzwood Crasher would make a token in the first strike damage step, and another one in the regular damage step if it connected with a player in both steps.
