Does Phyrexian Revoker work on Archetypes?

For example Archetype of Imagination gives your creatures flying and stops your opponents creatures from having flying. Can Phyrexian Revoker counter this?

There are three types of abilities:
Activated Abilities- Are written in the form "cost": "Effect"
Triggered abilities that begin with the word when, whenever, or at.
Static abilities that make a statement that is simply true of the game.
Phyrexian Revoker only stops activated abilities. Archetype of Imagination has 2 static abilities and as such is unaffected. If something were to grant an ability to it such as Oracle's Insight enchanting it, then those abilities could be stopped.
