Does Mutavault's ability make it onto an artifact creature?

I believe "artifact" to be considered a super/sub type so I think not.Just checking to be sure though.

It isn't. "Colorless" and "Artifact" do not mean the same thing. Look at Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and Sharuum the Hegemon for examples of one, but not the other. Mutavault, as a creature, is just colorless.

Having all creature types basically makes its typeline look something like this:

Land Creature - Human Wizard Knight Soldier Goblin Merfolk Demon Angel etc etc etc

It won't be an artifact.

@Denial048: You missed "Mutant" "Ninja" and "Turtle".

Amusingly, Mutavault would be a Golem and a Myr, but not an artifact.
