Does Miming Slime include counters?

If I have a Kalonian Tusker with Phytoburst on it, that makes Kalonian Tusker an 8/8 until EOT. If I lay Miming Slime , will it give an 8/8 token or a 3/3 token?

If I have a Mistcutter Hydra with ten +1/+1 counters on it and then I cast Miming Slime , does Miming Slime give me a 10/10 Token?

A creature's power (or toughness) is the end result of all modifiers for it. You'll get an 8/8 and a 10/10 token in the scenarios you describe.
