Does Loxodon Smiter count as both a green and a white creature?

I am building a deck with Wilt-Leaf Liege and Loxodon Smiter so does the smiter count as both colors, so would it get +2/+2?

Yes. The colour of a card is identified by looking at all coloured mana symbols in its casting cost, , , , , . Multiple symbols means multiple colurs.

Note that this is different from the colour identity of a card, which is identified by all coloured mana symbols anywhere on the card, not just in the casting cost (such as Noble Hierarch).
