Does Enchanted Evening turn lands into enchantments?

My current deck is based around controlling using enchantments and arguably the most prominent one is Sphere of Safety . Enchanted Evening should add a ton of enchantments to the battlefield causing a pretty significant lockdown, and then i'll use Ethereal Armor for the finisher. But if all lands would count as enchantments as well it would be a significant buff to my deck, and i'm fairly sure lands are included when it says "All permanents" but i'd like to be sure

"All" means "all". Enchanted Evening affects lands.
