Does Elemental Bond trigger with two Immerwolf's?

If I have an Elemental Bond and an Immerwolf on the field would I get to draw a card if I played another Immerwolf due to the buff that the first one would give it?

Yes you will.
The creature must have power 3 or greater as it enters the battlefield, orElemental Bonds ability wont trigger. Static abilities that raise (or lower) a creatures power are taken into account. However, you cant have a creature with power 2 or less enter the battlefield and try to raise its power with a spell, an activated ability, or a triggered ability.
If you played them at the same time like with Collected Company you will 2 draws.
