does copies of post suspended cards get haste?

I run jhoria of the ghitu as my commander and it has come up several times that her rules state that creatures that enter after being suspended have haste. the rulings on her say that the will keep haste until they leave the battlefield.

does that mean if I was to cast a kicked Rite of Replication on a Pathrazer of Ulamog that had been suspended will all the tokens have haste aswell?

No, copies of cards only copy the abilities printed on the card. Haste is a added ability, and, therefore doesn't get copied

This is one of the scenarios where Layers come in.

copy effects are in layer 1, and they're what happens first.

ability adding effects, like the one that gives the creatures haste, are in layer 6, which is after copy effects.
