does Conspiracy replace or add creature types

Conspiracy if i play it and call zombie do my slivers become a zombie or a sliver zombie

Conspiracy overwrites all creature types that a creature card/spell you own have. In your case, it will cause all your Slivers to lose the creature type Sliver and only be Zombies.

Basically, when two continuous effects would apply, they apply themselves in timestamp order. That means that whatever effect began first (in this case, whichever enchantment you played first would have the earlier timestamp) is applied first, then all other effects follow suit and are applied in order of oldest to newest.

For example's sake, let us assume Conspiracy is set for Zombies and Xenograft for Slivers.

If Conspiracy was played first and then Xenograft, then your creatures would be Zombie Sliver creatures.

If the order is reversed, then they will only be Zombies because they gain the Sliver creature type before Conspiracy overwrites all their creature types and makes them Zombies.

Note that Conspiracy applies to all creature cards/spells you own, and Xenograft only applies to creature permanents you control. It makes no difference in this example, but be aware of it.

For example, you overwrite Knight Exemplar 's creature type to say Soldier instead of Knight. The effect will not change instances of the word "Knight" in the text box of Knight Exemplar to say "Soldier".
