Does a 0/0 still trigger ETB effects like Soul's Attendant?

Specifically, Marath, Will of the Wild + Impact Tremors for infinite damage?

Marath, Will of the Wild was errata-ed on release to say that x cannot equal zero. But for the question in your title, yes 0/0 creatures do enter the battlefield for abilities that care about creature etbs
