If I trigger Deadbridge Chant at the beginning of my upkeep can I shuffle my graveyard if their is no card that affects the order of my graveyard?

Yes.
From the most recent DCI Tournament Rulebook:
3.14
Graveyard Order
In formats involving only cards from Urzas Saga and later, players may change the order of their graveyard at any time. A player may not change the order of an opponents graveyard

Graveyard order doesn't matter in most formats, because cards that care about graveyard order haven't been printed in a long time. If you are playing a format where such cards do not exist (like Standard or Modern), feel free to rearrange your graveyard as you wish.

Well there are different ways to do it if graveyard order does matter but the simplest and quickest is to shuffle the GY as you wanted to and then chose a card while they are face down. That is one of the many reasons that they allow you to rearrange your GY if there are no cards that it matters for in the format. Another good example was Snapcaster Mage , It was much simpler to have all of you instants and sorceries easily accessible than to have to dig through the entire library.
