Damage Doubler's Stack?

I just want to make sure I'm playing these cards correctly. So i have a Furnace of Rath on the field, I play Insult and then Lava Spike.

So Lava Spike deals 3 dmg, trigger Furnace: 3 becomes 6. Trigger Insult: 6 becomes 12?

Yes, that is how it works. (Well except for the fact that they are replacement effects not triggers, but that is just being pedantic unless you are doing some deeper rules interactions than just the three mentioned cards.)
