Countered spells and heroics

Akroan Crusader and i cast Titan's Strength my opponent Dissolve do i still get the token , since i did cast a spell or does the counter work by negating it all together so it was never cast'd in the first place?

You'll get it. Heroic triggers when you cast a spell that targets the creature. Casting a spell is taking a card from where it is to the stack, so that it can eventually resolve. Countering a spell is removing a spell from the stack, but it doesn't negate the fact that it was cast at all.
