Clone shell with emiel the blessed

Ok so if I have Emiel the Blessed out and bring in Clone Shell I will exile 1 card from my library and then if I pay the 3 generic mana to flicker or blink clone shell out I would do the exile again but because the first card only flips up when he dies does that mean I have two card to flip when he dies or is it just the last card I exiled? Plus I was wondering if someone tried exiting clone shell and I used Emiel's blink ability in response does he survive?

When a card leaves the battlefield and then re-enters it is a new game object with no memory of or relation to the permanent it was before. This means that if Clone Shell is blinked and then later dies, only the card exiled when it most recently entered will be turned face up. It also means that any spells or abilities targeting a permanent that is blinked will not be targeting the new permanent it becomes despite being represented by the same card.
