Circu, Dimir Lobotomist and gold cards

If I have Circu, Dimir LobotomistMTG Card: Circu, Dimir Lobotomist in play, and I cast a blue/black gold spell, like Glimpse the UnthinkableMTG Card: Glimpse the Unthinkable, does Circu activate twice?

Each ability that triggers when x spell is cast will trigger, and you will choose the order they go on the stack (though the order won't matter much)

Yes. The key here is that Circu, Dimir LobotomistMTG Card: Circu, Dimir Lobotomist has a different ability for blue and black cards.

From the gatherer rulings:

"If you cast a blue and black spell, both of Circu's triggered abilities trigger. You can target two different libraries or target the same library twice."

Yes. Circu, Dimir LobotomistMTG Card: Circu, Dimir Lobotomist has two triggered abilities: one for black spells and one for blue spells. If you cast a spell that is both black and blue, the appropriate ability for each of those colors will trigger.

Fun fact; if he was worded "whenever you cast a blue or black spell..." then it would only trigger once. I learned about this when I realized that the text on Grand Arbiter Augustin IVMTG Card: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is different than that of Nightscape FamiliarMTG Card: Nightscape Familiar and the like after assuming Nightscape FamiliarMTG Card: Nightscape Familiar would make blue and red spells cost 2 less. I was wrong obviously, he only makes them cost 1 less, but the difference is having one ability versus two abilities. They gave Circu, Dimir LobotomistMTG Card: Circu, Dimir Lobotomist two abilities specifically so that multi-colored spells would trigger both abilities. The more you know!
