Chandra Fire of Kaladesh and Pyroclasm

Can I flip Chandra before she dies to Pyroclasm?
To clarify, let's say Chandra has already dealt 2 damage by tapping her.
I then cast Pyroclasm, which makes her untap. Can I then tap Chandra having her deal 1 damage, for a total of the 3 needed for her to transform to her PW side?
Or would she not have time to react to Pyroclasm and would get hit for a lethal 2 by it?
Seems like a Vorthos-shame for a card quoting Chandra to not be synergetic with her.

Use double square brackets to link cards. It's the easiest way to make sure everyone reading your question knows what's going on: Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip, Pyroclasm
Yes that works. After Chandra's "untap me" trigger resolves, everyone still gets another chance to make responses before Pyroclasm starts resolving. You're allowed to respond with Chandra's activated ability.
