Card use and play

When I am playing Gonti, Lord of Luxury it states that for as long as that card remains exiled, you may look at it, you may cast it, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast it. Does this mean that when you get a card, do you get to just cast it once and then give it back and they put it in there graveyard or do you get to cast it over and over, if it was an instant or sorcery.

From Gatherer: "Casting the card causes it to leave exile. You cant cast it multiple times."

If it's an instant or sorcery, it will be subject to rule 608.2k as normal: "As the final part of an instant or sorcery spells resolution, the spell is put into its owners graveyard."

As an additional note, if the card were to return to the exile zone, you still could not cast it again because it's a new object in that zone and no longer a card exiled via Gonti, Lord of Luxury.

You also don't necessarily "give it back." If you grab a artifact, creature, enchantment, or planeswalker then when you cast it it will resolve as a permanent you control. When it's destroyed, it will go to their graveyard, but you can hold onto it a good long while after casting, often until the end of the game depending on the format.
