Can you use "Return target creature to it's owners hand" on a creature in the graveyard?

For example, could I use Neurok Replica 's ability to "return target creature to it's owners hand" on something in, say, my graveyard?
ya thats a negative ghostrider sorry. although KristusV, a creature is always a creature no matter where it is. hence Disentomb , Fauna Shaman and Elvish Piper . however the only way you could return a creature to its owners hand is if its actively in play. not graveyard, nor hand, nor library.

Well...sort of yes sort of no, Jewpop. It's not a creature in the graveyard, but neither is it a spell. It's a creature card. Note how every card that deals with creatures in any zone other than the battlefield - including the three examples you listed there - are careful to say "creature card" and not just "creature".
This is a very trivial difference, but a lot of MtG's more specific rules hinge around such specific minutiae. MtG is a very lexicon-specific card game.

does anyone know the name of the card that sends a target creature to the top of its owner's deck?

No. If it is in the graveyard, technically it is a spell with the subtype creature. It is only a creature if it is on the board.
