Can you respond to a token entering the battlefield?

So, say that you have Akroan Crusader on board and his heroic is triggered, but the cast that triggers the heroic also triggers something else, so you stack it so that the creature enters the battlefield first, the other trigger second. So can you respond to the creature entering the battlefield and cast before the second trigger goes off to possibly trigger the Crusader again before the second trigger from the first cast happens?

Uh, yes. In between the resolution of every triggered ability is a round of priority. So, say if you cast Ajani's Presence targeting both Akroan Crusader and Phalanx Leader , and stacked the triggers correctly, you could get a 1/1 token, then cast another spell targeting Akroan Crusader to get another 1/1 token before the trigger from Phalanx Leader resolves, resulting in all 4 creatures getting +1/+1 counters.

You get the same effect, but you are not responding to the token being generated, you are casting another spell between triggers.

When you cast spell X, it triggers Crusader's heroic, and card b.
If they are both owned by you, you can stack them so that the crusader heroic resolves first
a round of priority for each player to cast spells and activate abilities
the crusader's heroic resolves placing a token on the field
another round of priority, where you cast spell Y, triggering crusader again
another round of priority
the crusader's heroic resolves placing a token on the field
another round of priority
spell Y resolves
another round of priority
trigger from card B resolves
another round of priority
Spell X resolves

In general, yes you can keep adding spells/abilities on top of the stack and they will resolve from the top down, in this case ending with the unnamed trigger after the token-creation trigger from Akroan Crusader . After every spell or ability resolves there's a round of priority where everyone gets a chance to respond, so after Akroan Crusader 's triggered ability resolves and the token has entered the battlefield the unnamed "other trigger" is still on the stack and players have the opportunity to cast instants and activate abilities.

116.3b The active player receives priority after a spell or ability (other than a mana ability) resolves.
