Can you make a copy of Awoken horror?

If I flip thing in the ice and then go into my turn with awoken horror. Then cast Saheeli, use her minus 2 to copy awoken horror, would it be a 7/8 with haste token or would it be a thing in the ice token?

A minor but important correction:
the nontoken Awoken Horror Flip has no mana cost (not the same as having a mana cost of ). It does, however, have a Converted Mana Cost. Its CMC is based on the Mana Cost of its default side, which is , so its CMC will be .

Ah, I apparently had to reread 711.4b, thought it inherited the mana cost, not just the CMC. So yes, sorry, no mana cost, but CMC of 2.

You currently have a nontoken 7/8 blue Awoken Horror Flip creature with mana cost (CMC 2), when you target it with Saheeli Rai's -2 ability you will get a token 7/8 blue Awoken Horror Flip artifact creature with no mana cost (CMC 0). It cannot be transformed or turned face-down, and it's ability will not trigger (as it did not transform).
706.8: When copying a double-faced permanent, a face-up meld card, or a melded permanent, only the copiable values of the face thats currently up are copied. (See rule 711, Double-Faced Cards, and rule 712, Meld Cards.)
