Can you blink Ashen Rider????

So Ashen Rider ability when it enters the battlefield is awesome and i am trying to make the use out of it so Gift of Immortality works great with it but what happens when you exile Ashen Rider , like the cards that blink him as to say, exile Ashen Rider then return him to the field, like the card Cloudshift does his ability still work?

It will exile one thing. Since Ashen Rider isn't dying when Cloudshift exiles it, its ability will not trigger then. But it will trigger when it re-enters the battlefield.

so if i just send him out with out the Gift of Immortality and send him out then exile something because of Ashen Rider ability and then with another mana of white use Cloudshift to blink him and when he enters under my control i can exile another permanent with the ability of ashen rider?

Right. You can cast Ashen Rider , exiling something with the ability when it enters the battlefield, then blink him with Cloudshift , exiling something else with the ability when it re-enters the battlefield.
However, if Ashen Rider had died earlier in the turn and returned to the battlefield via Gift of Immortality 's ability before being blinked with Cloudshift , Gift of Immortality won't re-attach to Ashen Rider during the end step because when you Cloudshift ed Ashen Rider , it technically came back as a new object, one that Gift of Immortality can't re-attach to.

Just note that when Ashen rider dies with a gift of immortality attached, it's ability will trigger when it dies and as well as when it re-enters the battlefield.

His enters the battlefield ability will still work when he re-enters the battlefield, his "when it dies" ability won't work as he has been exiled, not destroyed, and Gift of Immortality will not re-attach to him after being blinked, again, because exile doesn't count as dying.
