Can someone explain how Teferi's Tutelage works

So me and my wife were playing jumpstart and I played Teferi's Tutelage and I drew 6 cards with Read the Runes would she mill 2 cards or 12 cards?
If Teferi's Tutelage said "Whenever you draw one or more cards..." she would only mill two. Because it says "Whenever you draw a card..." it triggers for each card drawn, and she mills 2 for each trigger.

She would mill 12 cards, 2 for each card drawn.
