Can i use Mystical Tutor to get Reliquary Tower

Mystical Tutor says i can search for a mana source, does this mean a land? If so can i use it to fetch my Reliquary Tower ?

No. Mystical Tutor can only find instants or sorceries. The old wording of Mystical Tutor used to refer to the old wording of cards like Dark Ritual - instants or sorceries that produced mana and were labeled as "mana source" in their typelines. If you look at the Mirage printing of Dark Ritual , you'll see what I mean.

That's not what mystical tutor says. Are you sure you're not thinking of another card?
But the answer to your current question is no.
