can I target Argothian Enchantress

the card says that it can't be the target on spells or abilities. Does that mean hexproof or shroud? Basically I am windering if I can cast a Eldrazi Conscription on it or not.

In case you're wondering, having shroud was a balancing factor for Argothian Enchantress . One popular strategy with the original Enchantress - Verduran Enchantress - was to pile a bunch of Auras on her and attack for big damage. The designers wanted to make another Enchantress card but they didn't want it to play in the exact same way, so they took away the Auras strategy but also made the new one cheaper and much more difficult to kill.

If you look up the card's Oracle text on Gatherer, you'd see it has Shroud, not Hexproof. No enchanting your Enchantress.
