Can I Sunforger for Onward / Victory?

I know this was possible in the past, but I think there was a recent rules update that I missed.
(I know I can't cast the Aftermath half with Sunforger obviously.)

And you're right, the rules about this recently changed. This would have been possible under previous versions of the rules, but not anymore.

[Onward / Victory] has a CMC of 6 when it's not on the stack, so you will not be able to search for it with Sunforger.
