Can I pitch Fire/Ice to pay for Force of Will?

I would like to know if I can pitch Fire/Ice to pay for Force of Will ? I have asked two friends and they couldn't agree so I thought I'd ask on here?

Yes, you can:

708.6a An effect that performs a positive comparison (such as asking if a card is red) or a relative comparison (such as asking if a cards converted mana cost is less than 2) involving characteristics of one or more split cards in any zone other than the stack gets only one answer. This answer is yes if either side of each split card in the comparison would return a yes answer if compared individually.

708.3. Each split card that consists of two halves with different colored mana symbols in their manacosts is a multicolored card while its not a spell on the stack. While its a spell on the stack, its only the color or colors of the half being cast.

Fire/Ice is a red and blue card (everywhere except the stack). Force of Will asks you to exile a blue card from your hand. So, Fire/Ice would be a legal card to you to exile.

Thank you. I found out one of my friends though I was asking about Sword of Fire and Ice not Fire/Ice . Once that was cleared up they both agreed that I could.

Well if you were meaning to refer to Sword of Fire and Ice then you would not be able to do that since the card is a colorless artifact and not a blue card. However, if you are just playing casually with friends and not at a tournament or an actual format, then whatever your kitchen table rules are are the ones you follow.
