Can I fetch a land in response to a Ravica doube-land trigger

I control Blood Crypt and I play a Rakdos Carnarium, can I return it to my hand with carnarium, but then crack it before it hits my hand. (I can Imagene I can't do this because it doesn't target the crypt)

I mean Bloodstained Mire not crypt

Your suspicion is correct. You choose what land to return to your hand on the resolution of Rakdos Carnarium's triggered ability. You can only activate Bloodstained Mire when you have priority, and no player has priority while an effect on the stack is resolving.
