Can I crack Evolving Wilds during a bounce?

Would I be able to play a card like Orzhov Basilica targeting Evolving Wilds when it enters but sacrifice Evolving Wilds in response or would Basilica hold priority?

The short answer is that you can't make this work the way you're hoping.

The reason is that Orzhov Basilica's bounce doesn't target. You can respond to its enters-the-battlefield trigger by sacrificing your Evolving Wilds, but you haven't chosen the land to bounce yet. Once the Basilica trigger starts resolving, you choose a land and return it to your hand, and this happens in one step - you don't get priority to respond at this point.

If it were a targeted ability, you could make it fizzle by removing the land it targeted in response, but that isn't the case.
